Intuitive Embroidery with Angelika Strohmayer

Join us in our new community space for arts workshops reflecting on the amazing Tyne Derwent Way on the doorstep. 

Each Thursday afternoon and Saturday from the end of January until March will see a different artist join us for a new free creative activity suitable for all. All welcome - activities suitable for children, although under 12s must be supervised by an adult.

This week we're joined by Angelika Strohmayer. Join us for an Intuitive Embroidery Workshop to celebrate the arrival of spring and the rejuvenating spirit of the Tyne Derwent Way. This creative session invites you to explore the healing power of nature through embroidery, honouring Mother Nature's ability to reclaim land and inspire hope for the future. Together, we'll stitch stories of renewal, growth, and connection to the land, creating vibrant, personal pieces that reflect the promise of what's to come.
