Puppets and felt animals with Pui Lee

Join us in our new community space for arts workshops reflecting on the amazing Tyne Derwent Way on the doorstep. 

Each Thursday afternoon and Saturday from the end of January until March will see a different artist join us for a new free creative activity suitable for all. All welcome - activities suitable for children, although under 12s must be supervised by an adult.

This week we're joined by Pui Lee. Thursday, make your very own puppet of a woodland bird that you might find along this fascinating nine-mile route. What adventure will you take your bird on afterwards? On Saturday, make your very own hand-sewn stuffed felt hedgehog or fox to take home with you! Younger children will need assistance from a grown-up with this activity.
